Our Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Ganapathy Wood Press Oil. Our 7-day return window ensures you have enough time to assess the quality and condition of your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following situations:

• Product received in damaged condition (broken seal, leaking bottle, crushed packaging)
• Incorrect product sent (different oil type or size from what was ordered)
• Product has quality concerns (unusual smell, color or texture not consistent with pure oil)
• Product received with expired or near-expiry date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened and used (more than 10% consumed)
• Products returned after 7 days from delivery date
• Products without their original packaging or label
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Dheepam Oil (Pooja Oil) once the seal is broken (due to hygiene reasons)

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Step 1 – Initiate Return: Contact us within 7 days of delivery by calling 9080687128 or emailing thilaigincap@gmail.com
2. Step 2 – Share Details: Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (especially if damaged)
3. Step 3 – Approval: Our team will review and confirm your return eligibility within 1–2 business days
4. Step 4 – Pack & Send: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our address. We will share the return address on approval.
5. Step 5 – Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days
6. Step 6 – Resolution: Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund or replacement as per your preference

Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to send you a fresh product of the same type and size, subject to availability. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days after return inspection.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
• If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may bear the return shipping charges
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
