Order Cancellation Overview
At Ganapathy Wood Press Oil, we understand that plans change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible, while ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery to all our customers.
When Can You Cancel?
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return request
- Partially Dispatched Orders: For orders with multiple items, items not yet dispatched can be cancelled
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been dispatched / shipped
- Orders placed during special promotional events (marked as non-cancellable)
- Bulk / wholesale orders after confirmation and payment
- Custom orders placed with special requirements
How to Cancel Your Order

- Step 2: Provide your Order ID/Number and the reason for cancellation
- Step 3: Our team will check the dispatch status of your order
- Step 4: If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm it immediately
- Step 5: Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund
Upon successful cancellation:
- Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment collected, so no refund applicable. Order will be cancelled at no charge
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the cancellation and refund are processed
Cancellation by Ganapathy Wood Press Oil
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product out of stock at the time of order processing
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Inability to reach the customer for order confirmation (if required)
In case we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
Cancellation Window
For most orders, you have a 12-hour cancellation window from the time of placing the order. This is because our oils are freshly pressed and packaged — we begin processing orders quickly to ensure freshness. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you wish to cancel.
